I know it is early, but we would like for people's input on the where we hold this years Christmas Party.
We need for it be somewhere we can hear ourselves and be away from the crowd. We have had it at Ryan's in Independence the last 2 years. There was some talk about having it at Cinsettis.
Do kids like Italian?
Another idea would be a pizza place like Fun House Pizza. I am thinking of the kids having something they would like to eat.
Anyone else have any ideas. A church or meeting room would work if we wanted to do it ourselves.

I think Pizza IS Italian.

Anywhere but Ryans though. For $15 a plate, like we paid last year, we could eat at some very nice restaurants.

I can only speak for my kids, and they love Italian and Cinsetti's, which sounds like the cost is the same as Ryans. But will they allow us to bring in fishy gifts?

I vote not doing it ourselves. So much else is going on in December, it would be nice not to have to add the work of a potluck Christmas party complete with set up and tear down.

My only request, and it is a selfish one, is that the date of the party be posted as soon as we know so I have enough time to request off work for the evening

I agree it would be nice to do that.
That is why we are trying to plan it now.

My sister works at Fun House on 40hiway. If we decide to do it there, she could probably help work out the details.
