Congratulations to Jenny and Randy Holmes!! They were given a Honorary Lifetime Membership at the Christmas party.
For those that don't know Jenny and Randy, They are pretty quiet but have been active in the club for years. Jenny was President for several years. Randy is our leader in the BAP program. Jenny and Randy have been very active, mostly behind the scenes doing what ever was necessary for the good of the club. Randy's fish room has been an inspiration to a lot of us. He has a wealth of information to share if you take the time to ask him questions.
I can't begin to tell folks what they have done for the club.

Cograts! Well deserved!!

Very cool and very well deserved. I wish I could have been there. Randy is really one of the members that influenced me when I first started. He created a lasting impression that I have always wanted to emulate. My first fishroom visit was to his home in Smithville. That's a memory that I'll never forget. I have always looked up to him as an outstanding breeder of fish and hope to catch him some day. But that'll be a long time in the future if it ever happens! I hadn't realized how active in the club Randy and Jenny were for over a decade before I even started! They have already served a lifetime in the club and deserve the recognition. Congrats to Randy and Jenny!
