TOPIC: Icky

Icky 1 year, 7 months ago #31627

I'm moving this weekend. I had an ick outbreak in my upstairs 45, which I am combining into a 55 with my 30 from downstairs. I've had all the fish from the 45 in a 5-gallon quarantine bucket for the last month. 1 cardinal tetra (the lone survivor), 1 GBR, 4 marble hatchets. It's been a month, and at the beginning of the month I used pretty much a whole bottle of malachite green on them. They've survived this long, and I pulled them out of the bucket and gave them a lookover and it doesn't seem that they've still got it. Is it safe to go ahead and mix them with the fish from the 30 gallon?

I usually give it a few weeks of no signs of the disease before i risk putting them in with other fish.
