This one will go better. I promise or your money back on this one lol. I'll post the price list myself, and the date your plants will be available. Probably not 'til late Feb. or early Mar. (maybe sooner, but that's the latest) Not only to let the frost go bye-bye, but also to let me get my 75 up and running before the order (selfish I know lol) anyway... I'm in cahoots with a certain someone, and for this one order I'll be getting you all the best price you'll ever find for the largest selection of plants you're ever liable to see at a time, hands down.
I can't do this pricing more than once (when it's all calculated, I might be eating some of the price. don't worry about the reasoning, it'll all become clear in time lol) I'll post a full list of the plants, etc. that'll be available when I get it all figured out later this week. (maybe this weekend) but I promise, if you're interested in plants at all. Low tech, high tech, whatever. There WILL be something in my list you'll want, and the prices I'm offering WILL be tempting more on this to come, I just want people to know it's on its way. |

Okay... here's a taste of the prices. Can't beat these prices with a stick! This price isn't per stem, it's per bunch! I'll be adding more details as I get things hashed out. Things are tentative right now, and obviously availablility will become more narrowed down when we're closer to the order date, but most of the more common plants should definitely be good to go.
I'll update later with rhizome plants, swords, random, etc. I'll even have a selection of Malaysian Driftwood at great prices too!!! JARGONCHIPMUNK's Tentative Plant list with one-time club pricing. just wait til I get the rest of the list up! just an FYI if we get this order big enough, I'm in like flynn with this guy and this might become permanent club pricing from me to you. That being said, if we don't all jump on this order, I don't think I can keep ahold of the pricing I'm getting. another little 'example' since I don't have the list up (just something I thought was outstanding) I can get MOTHER anubias coffefolia plants for $20 each! (anyone have an estimate on how long THAT takes to grow out? lol) If you don't know what a value that is... well you've never tried to grow a $5 anubias BABY plant for five years into a mother plant lol. (that, and these are algae free unlike most anubias we grow out like that) |

Holding out for the cryptocoryne list.
I can't keep downoi right now, but somebody needs to have it in town. Talked about the pressurized CO2, and Mrs. Jedal said "Not now but soon." |

the rest of the lsit is to come. I'm trying to haggle prices a bit on some items.
If anyone has a very particular interest in certain plants, let me know. The more you order of a particular plant, the easier this order will become. I'll have several crypts and a really nice assortment of swords. Pots of plants a'plenty as well. If you can think of it, and it's not on one of those "I NEVER see this in the states!" list, I'll probably have an availability for it, if we have enough of an interest, that is. I probably should have posted this list later on, when I had everything hashed out price-wise, but I wanted feedback from you guys first to see where the interest was (and if there was enough) |

I'll have scarlet temple by the time this order goes through, even if the availability isn't there through the order itself. I'm sure it'll be available regardless, it's a fairly common plant these days.

would you by chance be able to get a red tiger lotus? They are my gf favorite plant. It and madagascar lace plants. Im not sure but doesnt the lace plant do better in cooler water?
|
|

Would you be able to work something out if I said here's $10, get me a bunch of cool stuff that will grow well in a low tech set up with medium lighting, decent substrate, and no ferts?
(I know way too many Latin fish names with out confusing myself with plant names. That said, thanks for posting them. It will make it easier for me to look them up.) |

DeJaynes: yes to the tiger lotus, and yes to the lace plants
I've seen them used in tropical setups, but I never checked into the temperatures used in those tanks and I've never kept the plant myself, I think Pat Bennet has possibly gotten one of those in her "grab bag" Apongeton bulb packs. Azrider: you mean can I set up a $10 low light "hardy" package? It might not contain a heck of a LOT of plants, but yes I can, just let me know if you'd rather several DIFFERENT plants, or more quantity of a FEW plants, and I'll figure something out. Let me know if you'd rather stems, rosette (swords, crypts), or rhizome plants (anubias, ferns, etc) or a mixture of the above. To any further questions about exactly which plants I'll be able to get... wait until this weekend when I get together the full list of what is going to be possible along with tentative pricing (I'm still haggling lol) and we'll get more specific after that. Thanks for your interest guys. It'll go a long way towards keeping these available at good prices later on. |
