At June's meeting, a motion was passed to hold a fall auction. And since the HAAS members played such a big part in our spring auction success, I wanted get your input on when would be most convenient for your members to make the auction. We're planning on either the end of September or first part of October. So please let me know of any preferences. I asked a few members when the swap was scheduled but couldn't get a definite date. If someone knows, please let me know.

Thanks

How does the swap meet work? I have never participated in one? Do you buy a table or what?

We will have some details next week. Basically, you pay rent for a table - last year it was about $15-20. Then you can sell any fish/aquarium related item you want. The table is usually a corner of two 8 ft tables. More to come very soon!
